Arguably Orlando's favorite local sushi chain, Amura got its start on Church Street in 1998. The latest outpost is in Colonial Town Park -- Lake Mary's tidy outdoor shopping mall. Amura labels its tour de force 'high-definition sushi,' and indeed the seaweed-swaddled rolls are among the biggest, best and most artfully presented you're apt to find anywhere east of the land of the rising sun. All the usual raw fish favorites are present on the menu, but more creative sushi versions include the California Monkey Roll -- with banana, avocado and cucumber -- and the Rainforest Cucumber Roll, a seaweed-less melange of shiso, lemon, whitefish and crab.
